Speaksheet Beta Terms

Effective: [TO CONFIRM: date the beta signup form goes live]

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Speaksheet Android and iOS beta and to the signup form on speaksheet.app. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes what we do with the name and email address you give us.

Speaksheet is operated by Dennis Dyallo, Sweden. Contact: [email protected].

Using the app itself does not require the beta. The web app at speaksheet.app/app is open to everyone, with no account and no signup.

2. Signing up is a request, not a place

Submitting the form adds you to the beta list. It does not guarantee a place, a date, or a platform. We contact people as places become available, and we may not be able to include everyone who asks.

If you sign up more than once with the same email address, you stay one entry on the list — a second signup adds any platform you did not originally pick, and never removes one.

3. Who can join

4. Platform availability

Android and iOS are listed separately on the form because they become available separately. Ticking a platform records your interest in it; it is not a statement that the platform is open today, and we do not commit to a date for either one.

If a platform never opens, we will say so rather than leave the list waiting.

5. Beta software is unfinished software

6. Included AI access during the beta

Beta testers get three months of included AI access, starting from the day your beta access begins — not from the day you sign up.

Included access is a benefit of the beta, not a price. Nothing on this page is a commitment about what AI features will cost after the beta, or that any particular tier will exist.

7. How long the beta runs

[TO CONFIRM: intended beta duration, and whether the three months of included AI access can outlast the beta itself.]

We can pause, change, or end the beta at any time — including ending it for an individual tester who abuses the service. If we end the beta, we will give notice by email to the address you signed up with.

8. Perks after the beta

We may offer beta testers perks or a discount on any paid tier we later introduce. We are not fixing the amount, the form, or the duration of that here, because those terms do not exist yet. Treat anything on this page about future perks as an intention, not an entitlement.

9. Your data

The form collects your name, your email address, and which platforms you are interested in. That is all it collects, and running the beta is all we use it for. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a newsletter.

Records are kept for [TO CONFIRM: retention period for beta signup records — must match the same figure in the Privacy Policy], after which they are deleted.

You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing [email protected]. The full detail — where the data is stored, your rights under GDPR, and how to exercise them — is in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of a beta build, including lost or corrupted song data. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update this page. If a change materially affects beta testers, we will email the address you signed up with. Continuing in the beta after notice constitutes acceptance.
